The Option Agreement was accepted by the Exchange on April 1, 2022. The Amending Agreement provides for changes whereby the Company will expand the scope of the Kerrs gold deposit by an additional 137 hectares.

Consideration for expanding the scope of the Kerrs gold deposit by an additional 137 hectares, is $400 cash and 200,000 shares at a deemed price of $0.1425 per share paid to the optionors.
