    The Company's Initial Public Offering ('IPO') Prospectus dated December
11, 2009, has been filed with and accepted by TSX Venture Exchange, and filed
with and receipted by the securities regulator in each of the provinces in
Canada on December 11, 2009, pursuant to the provisions of the securities
legislation in each of these provinces.
    The Company will be listed on TSX Venture Exchange on the effective date
stated below. It is planning to complete its initial distribution of
securities to the public (the "Offering") on December 21, 2009. The gross
proceeds to be received by the Company for the Offering will be $37,375,000
(11,500,000 common shares at $3.25 per share). The Company is classified as a
'footwear manufacturing' company.
