TSX Venture Exchange (the 'Exchange') has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an agreement dated June 30, 2015 (the "Agreement"), between Strikewell Capital Corp. (the "Strikewell Capital"), the wholly owned subsidiary of Strikewell Energy Corp. (the "Company"), and John Hislop ("Hislop").

Pursuant to the Agreement, Strikewell Capital has acquired an 80% working interest in the Garrington property, Alberta (the "Property") for a purchase price of $1,000,000.  The purchase price has been paid and satisfied by way of issuance by Strikewell Capital to Hislop of a promissory note in the amount of $1,000,000 (the "Promissory Note").  The Promissory Note will be due on June 30, 2022 and bears interest at a rate of 15% per annum.

Insider / Pro Group Participation:  Hislop owns 4,230,769 shares in the Company, representing 49% of the shares of the Company.  As such, Mr. Hislop is a Control Person of the Company.
