Mr. Sicotte is Executive Director at the Saskatchewan First Nations Water Association Inc. He has more than 25 years of experience in business development management in the financial services industry, with a specific emphasis on Indigenous government and economic development. He is a proud Cree/Métis and member of the Nisichawayasihk Cree Nation.
