CIBC changes mortgage rates

TORONTO, May 21 /CNW/ - CIBC (CM: TSX; NYSE) today announced the

following changes in mortgage rates:

    
    Six-month convertible       4.95 per cent, no change

    Six-month open              6.70 per cent, no change

    One-year open               6.45 per cent, no change

    One-year closed             3.70 per cent, no change

    Two-year closed             4.05 per cent, no change

    Three-year closed           4.70 per cent, no change

    Four-year closed            5.64 per cent, no change

    Five-year closed            5.99 per cent, down 0.11 per cent

    Seven-year closed           7.05 per cent, no change

    10-year closed              7.10 per cent, no change
