    Effective at the opening Tuesday, June 8, 2010, the common shares of
Conifex Timber Inc. will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange and the
common shares of West Fourth Capital Inc. will be delisted.

properties include a 60% working interest in 2 shut-in Glauconite oil wells
and a range of 50 to 60% working interest in 3 shut-in viking gas wells. The
