    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for expedited filing documentation of an
Agreement dated November 11, 2009 between the Company and Gemme Manicouagan
Inc. (the "Vendor". Insiders: Mario Bourque, Gilles Bourque and Marcel
Bourque) whereby the Company may acquire a 100% interest in nine (9) mining
claims covering 540 hectares located in the Abbadi Township, 52 kilometers
northwest of Sept-Iles, Quebec.
    The total consideration payable to the Vendor comprises of cash payments
totaling $225,000 and share issuances totaling 650,000 shares payable over a
two year period. In addition, property expenditures are required in the amount
of $100,000 on the Property within 12 months following completion of a
definitive agreement.

its date of listing, in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.4.
    The records of the Exchange indicate that the Company has not yet
completed a QT. If the Company fails to complete a QT by the 24-month
anniversary date of March 15, 2010, the Company's trading status may remain as
or be changed to a halt or suspension without further notice, in accordance
with Exchange Policy 2.4, Section 14.6.
