$3,000,000 over a 5 year period.
    The Company will be required to make advance royalty payments of $35,000
commencing in 2010. The annual payment will increase to $50,000 in 2012 and
thereafter. The Property is subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty of
which 50% may be purchased at a cost of $1,000,000 for each 1% interest. Any
annual advance royalty payments made are deductible from future net smelter
royalty payments required.

    TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a
Share Purchase Agreement between AirIQ Inc. (the "Company") and Boatracs Inc.
("Boatracs") whereby Boatracs has purchased all of the issued and outstanding
shares of the Company's indirect subsidiary, AirIQ Marine Inc., for cash
consideration of $2,650,000. As part of the transaction the Company will
provide support and operations services to AirIQ Marine Inc. for a period of
three months for a fee of US $20,000 per month.
