TORONTO, Nov. 3, 2026 /CNW/ -- RP Investment Advisors LP ("RPIA"), the manager of RP Alternative Credit Opportunities Fund (the "Fund"), today announced that Class S, Class S-USD, Class E and Class E-USD units (the "Founders' Classes") of the Fund will reopen for purchase to new and existing investors.
The Founders' Classes, which offer a 15-basis-point management fee reduction, were capped to new investors on February 27, 2026. The Fund currently has a limited amount of additional capacity, allowing for purchases by new and existing investors, including investors who redeem and subsequently wish to repurchase Founders' Class units. The Manager reserves the right to cap the Founders' Classes or otherwise restrict investment at a later date.
The Fund invests primarily in global fixed income securities and instruments, with a focus on the high-yield segment of credit markets, while employing a risk management overlay to limit drawdowns and preserve capital. The Fund intends to leverage the distinct trade ideas and trade structures that have underpinned the strong track record of our flagship strategy over the past 10 years while offering daily liquidity.
