OTTAWA, May 28, 2015 /CNW/ - Canada's supply managed farmers are teaming up to host a 1950's style pop-up diner on Sparks Street in downtown Ottawa to celebrate Canadian food. The event is for elected officials and their staff, media, and the public. Farmers will be on hand serving sandwiches made with fresh, local ingredients from Canada's supply managed farmers—on us! Donations to support Food Banks Canada are encouraged and accepted.
