/R E P E A T -- Media Advisory - Canada's First Aircraft Engine-testing Enclosure opened at YVR/

VANCOUVER, Jan. 10, 2012 /CNW/ -

What:		Vancouver Airport Authority will officially open Canada's first Ground Run-up Enclosure (GRE). This five-storey high state-of-the-art steel structure will reduce noise from aircraft engine testing for residential communities near YVR.
		Media are invited to tour the new GRE and learn about how the three-sided enclosure cuts noise in half and provides a number of other environmental and economic benefits to YVR airlines and tenants.
When:		Wednesday, January 11, 2012 Media Registration - 10:30 A.M. Shuttle Bus Departs - 10:45 A.M.; Returns - 11:45 A.M.
Where:		South Terminal Building at Vancouver International Airport 4440 Cowley Crescent (off Inglis Drive)

Complimentary parking will be provided in the South Terminal Main Lot
