Pharmascience ranked top Canadian pharmaceutical company for customer service in annual survey
MONTREAL, Oct. 15, 2012 /CNW/ - Pharmascience Inc. has been named the top Canadian pharmaceutical company in the annual Advantage Report™ - Pharmacy survey of generic and brand-name pharmaceutical companies conducted by The Advantage Group International Inc., leaping to the top spot from a number four ranking last year.

The Advantage Report™ - Pharmacy program evaluated 26 generic and brand-name pharmaceutical companies in five performance areas pertaining to business relationships through a questionnaire and personal interviews with people from the companies which purchase products from pharmaceutical companies, including pharmacies, pharmacy and grocery chains, and drug wholesalers.
Pharmascience was ranked the number one company overall and in two of the five performance areas, for Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as for Customer Service and Support, and very high in the other three categories: for the Business Relationship and Support provided, for Educational and Professional Support Programs, and for the Personnel with whom customers have contact. The combined scores gave Pharmascience the overall top ranking.
