JOLIETTE, QC, Nov. 5, 2026 /CNW/ -- Harnois Énergies is expanding the services available through its Proxi network with the launch of parcel pickup and returns at more than 100 convenience stores across Eastern Canada. Designed to make everyday life easier, this new service gives consumers a convenient way to collect and return parcels at locations close to home.
Multiple Carriers, One Convenient Network
Through a partnership with Penguin Pickup, consumers can use this service for packages shipped via Purolator at participating Proxi convenience stores. Other carriers may also be available depending on the region. Using the service is simple: consumers can select a participating Proxi convenience store from the locations offered by their carrier and follow the instructions to pick up or return their parcel.
For Penguin Pickup, the partnership is an opportunity to make its services even more accessible.
"We are pleased to partner with Proxi, whose well-established convenience store network is deeply rooted in local communities. This addition allows us to expand our network and offer more flexibility to people who want to pick up or return their purchases," says Axel Fisher, Head of Strategic Growth and Operations at Penguin Pickup.
For Purolator, the collaboration adds to their national network of more than 3,100 physical access points, including Retail Shipping Centres, authorized agents, shipping partners and automated lockers.
"Purolator is committed to making parcel pick-up and returns more convenient for Canadians. This collaboration with Harnois Énergies and Penguin Pickup will provide customers in Eastern Canada with more delivery options that fit their daily routines," says Jacqueline Jennings, Director, Retail, Purolator.
Everyday Convenience, Closer to Home
With this latest addition, Proxi continues to enhance its range of services, reinforcing its commitment to making everyday life easier for customers.
"Picking up or returning a parcel should be simple. By building on our extensive network of convenience stores, we're making these services more accessible and giving consumers a practical solution that fits naturally into their daily routines," says Mathieu Robillard, Vice-President, Operations, Retail Network and Cardlock at Harnois Énergies.
The collaboration between Proxi and Penguin Pickup will also result in various promotional offers when they use the service.
