TORONTO, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - Nickelodeon joins Corus Entertainment's premiere portfolio of kid-focused services on Monday, November 2 at 6 a.m. ET. Offering award-winning live-action comedies, animated favourites, star-studded special events and classic hits, Nickelodeon is a 24-hour digital service that kids can turn to for non-stop laughs. "We're very excited to give our audience what we know they want - more great Nick content, more of the time," said Doug Murphy, President, Nelvana and General Manager, Corus Kids. "With Treehouse being the primary destination that parents can turn to for their preschoolers' entertainment and YTV providing entertainment the whole family can enjoy, Nickelodeon rounds out our menu of offerings by putting kids first, allowing them to laugh and relax with some their favourite series."
On Monday, November 2 at 7 p.m. ET, kids will be the first to catch the exclusive Canadian premiere of the new animated comedy series Fanboy and Chum Chum featuring the voices of Josh Duhamel and Jamie Kennedy. Fanboy and Chum Chum airs Mondays at 7 p.m. as well as Saturdays and Sundays at 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.
The Nickelodeon schedule offers viewers a variety of award-winning live-action comedies weekdays from 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Beginning with comedian Amy Poehler's The Mighty B!, the programming block also includes The Naked Brothers Band, Romeo!
