Bridgehouse Asset Managers Named to Best Workplaces in Canada® List: First-time Recognition in Prestigious Competition Results From Strategic Focus

The Best Workplaces in Canada award is presented on the basis of an in-depth assessment of nominated organizations. Two-thirds of the total score is earned through a 58-statement survey completed by a random selection of employees, including open-ended comments about their organizations. One-third is derived from an intensive review of an organization's culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures. Together, they provide a robust representation of each organization as a place to work and the foundation for assessing it on five critical trust-building dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
