Bridgehouse Asset Managers Announces Launch of Lazard International Compounders Fund and Lowers Management Fees on Lazard Global Balanced Income Fund Français
TORONTO, June 26, 2020 /CNW/ - Bridgehouse Asset Managers (Bridgehouse), the retail trade name for Brandes Investment Partners & Co., today announces the launch of the Lazard International Compounders Fund on July 2, 2020. Bridgehouse also announces management fee reductions for the Lazard Global Balanced Income Fund, effective on or about July 2, 2020.
Lazard International Compounders Fund
The Lazard International Compounders Fund seeks to generate strong relative returns over a full market cycle by investing solely in "Compounders", the world's leading companies that can generate, and sustain, the highest levels of financial productivity (i.e. return on equity, return on capital, and cashflow return on investment). In this Fund, the portfolio sub-advisor, Lazard, focuses mainly on identifying high quality companies that are able to reinvest a significant portion of their cash flows back into their business at similarly attractive rates of return. The Fund invests in non-US securities, including those from emerging markets. Management fees are 0.70% for Series F and 1.70% for Series A.
Management Fee Reductions for Lazard Global Balanced Income Fund
Effective on or about July 2, 2020, the management fees applicable to Series A and F of the Lazard Global Balanced Income Fund will be reduced as follows:
