TORONTO, May 28, 2012 /CNW/ - CTV programs are among the highest ranking television series in new report measuring cross-platform audience delivery, social engagement, and advocacy of television programs. With tools evaluating delivery, involvement, and advocacy, Optimedia's Content Power Ratings 5.0 ranks TV shows across four screens, including television, computers, smart phones, and tablets. In the U.S. study, Bell Media programs accounted for seven of the Top 10 TV programs in the Content Power Ratings ranking.
Among the findings:
- AMERICAN IDOL (#1) led the charts for the fifth year in a row.
- THE X FACTOR (#4) and THE VOICE (#12) are the top new programs on the chart.
- Canada's two most-watched comedies ranked among the Power Ratings Top 10: TWO AND A HALF MEN (#6) and THE BIG BANG THEORY (#10)
