Sunridge RV Inc. in bankruptcy
EDMONTON, March 10, 2016 /CNW/ - Sunridge RV Inc. is now in bankruptcy following court proceedings on March 9, 2016. Sunridge RV is located in Airdrie, Alta. and Crossfield, Alta.

Background:
On Friday March 4, 2016 AMVIC issued a news release, Sunridge RV seeks creditor protection. Sunridge RV had sought protection from its creditors by filing a notice of intention to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada. The notice of intention to make a bankruptcy proposal was filed on Feb. 22, 2016. Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. had been appointed the licensed insolvency trustee.
