Strategic Income Allocation Fund Announces NAV Error

MONTREAL, April 13, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Strategic Income Allocation Fund (TSX: SIF.UN) (the "Fund") announced today that the net asset value per unit (NAV) was misstated on March 20, 2015. The misstatement was caused by an unrealized gain due to a delayed instruction to a third party processor. The total NAV was subsequently recalculated and was lower than the NAV reported, with the difference being $290,549.98 on a reported NAV of $22,042,233 for that day, for a difference of 1.34%.  The originally published NAV per unit for that day was $8.65 and was subsequently restated at $8.54 per unit. There were no subscriptions or redemptions at the originally-published NAV. The manager of the Fund, Fiera Capital Corporation, intends to reimburse the Fund for the overpayment of any management fees resulting from the error.
