PumpkinFest Toronto Transforms Downsview Park into a Four-Day Fall Playground

- The 11th annual Thanksgiving weekend festival features unlimited midway rides and inflatables, PAW Patrol meet-and-greets, live entertainment and food trucks -

TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2026 /CNW/ -- PumpkinFest Toronto returns to Downsview Park from October 9 to 12, 2026, celebrating its 11th year as a Thanksgiving weekend tradition for GTA families.

This year's festival features meet-and-greet appearances by characters from PAW Patrol. Dates and times will be announced at PumpkinFestToronto.com and on the festival's social media channels.

"PumpkinFest has truly become a Thanksgiving weekend tradition for thousands of Toronto families," said Evan Aranoff of Superior Events Group. "We're excited to welcome back PAW Patrol while bringing families a full day of unlimited midway rides, inflatables, live entertainment and fall attractions."

Admission includes unlimited midway rides and inflatables, an inflatable corn maze, trackless train rides and live stage entertainment. At the centre of the festival is the Pumpkin House, surrounded by hay-bale sculptures, corn-stalk displays and seasonal photo backdrops. Families can also visit Peter's Pumpkin Patch, where pumpkins are available for purchase.

Food Truck Frenzy features Toronto food trucks serving meals, snacks and seasonal treats, alongside a marketplace of local vendors.

Advance tickets are available online until October 8 at 11:59 p.m., saving $5 per individual ticket. Child admission, ages 2 to 12, is $29.99 plus HST. Adult admission, ages 13 and older, is $14.99 plus HST. A Family Pass for two adults and two children is $84.99 plus HST, if purchased in advance. 

From October 9 to 12, child admission is $34.99 plus HST and adult admission is $19.99 plus HST. The online-only Family Pass is $99.99 plus HST. Children 23 months and younger receive free admission, excluding midway rides and inflatables.

Carnival games with prizes, food and pumpkins cost extra. On-site parking is available for an additional fee and is managed by Downsview Park. PumpkinFest Toronto takes place rain or shine, although attractions may temporarily close if weather affects safe operation.
