Acquisition Marks Major Milestone in the Pursuit of the Company's Cross-Canada Expansion Strategy
HALIFAX, Aug. 18, 2015 /CNW/ - Pomerleau Inc., one of Canada's leading construction companies in the institutional, industrial, commercial, infrastructure and civil engineering sectors, announced today that it has concluded an agreement to acquire the majority of the construction activities of Aecon Group Inc.'s Atlantic Buildings Division for an undisclosed amount. As a result, Pomerleau is increasing its Atlantic Region project management staff by more than 60%.
