New Pranzo al Volo menu brings full-on PIANO PIANO food to the downtown workday without turning lunch into an afternoon-long production.

HAMILTON, ON, Sept. 21, 2026 /CNW/ -- PIANO PIANO is bringing a faster kind of full-service lunch to downtown Hamilton, combining the restaurant's most-loved dishes with a menu designed to fit comfortably into the workday.

Beginning Monday, September 21, guests can order from the full a la carte menu or choose Pranzo al Volo - Lunch on the Fly, available Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The $34 option includes welcome antipasti, a choice of main course and dessert.

The menu includes PIANO PIANO favourites such as Canestri alla Vodka, Mushroom Cavatelli and pizza, alongside Hamilton-only lunch dishes including Niçoise Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad and the Hamburghini Lamborghini.

"Lunch should be quick when you need it to be, but it should still feel like a proper meal," says Victor Barry, CEO of PIANO PIANO. "We wanted people to eat really well, get back to work and not lose their whole afternoon. Or they can stay. We're not their boss."
