NETWORK MEDIA GROUP ANNOUNCES 2025 THIRD QUARTER RESULTS

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 30, 2025 /CNW/ - Network Media Group Inc. (TSXV: NTE.V) (OTC: NETWF) ("Network" or "the Company") today reported financial results for the third quarter ended August 31, 2025 ("Q3 2025"), including three-month revenues of $2,849,848 (Q3 2024 - $2,836,100), net income of $135,853 (Q3 2024 – net loss of $769,399), and Adjusted EBITDA¹ of $237,790 (Q3 2024 – Adjusted EBITDA loss of $540,247), and contracted future revenues ("backlog"²) of $4.8M. On a per-share basis, the Company reports earnings of $0.01 per share (Q3 2024 – loss of $0.04) and Adjusted EBITDA earnings per share of $0.01 (Q3 2024 – Adjusted EBITDA loss of $0.03). Key metrics for Network's nine months ended Q3 2025 include the following highlights:

• Backlog of $4.8M as of October 30, 2025;
• Revenues of $5,366,881 (Q3 2024 - $7,971,885);
• Net loss of $342,647 - $0.02 per share (Q3 2024 Net loss of $2,130,143 - $0.12 per share); and
• Adjusted EBITDA of $200,314 - $0.01 per share (Q3 2024 Adjusted EBITDA loss of $1,240,172 - $0.07 per share).

Operational highlights for the quarter include:

• Sly Lives! (aka The Burden of Black Genius), directed by Ahmir "Questlove" Thompson, which premiered on Hulu/Disney following its Sundance debut, earned Emmy and Critics Choice nominations.
• Delivered proprietary feature documentary I Am Luke Perry, along with I Am Raquel Welch and I Am Joe Frazier under the Elevation Pictures partnership for Crave.
• Completed one five-episode documentary series and continued production on four additional feature-length documentaries.
