ABOUT CAEH:
The Canadian Alliance to End Homelessness (CAEH) is a national charity that leads a national movement of individuals, organizations and communities working together to end homelessness in Canada.
CAEH works directly with communities to develop dynamic homelessness response systems, trains front line workers in the essential skills of ending homelessness, and advocates to all levels of government for sufficient deeply affordable housing for all Canadians and the supports people need to stay in their homes.
Each year, CAEH hosts the National Conference on Ending Homelessness and welcomes thousands of people to the conference in-person and online. Now in its 12th year, this conference in Montréal is the largest yet.
ABOUT THE MOVEMENT TO END HOMELESSNESS IN MONTRÉAL (MMFIM):
Founded in 2015, the Movement to End Homelessness in Montréal now brings together 35 non-profit organizations and nearly 20 business and institutional members who promote concrete solutions to homelessness. The MMFIM initiated the first point-in-time count of people experiencing homelessness in Montréal and is now dedicated to informing, training, mobilizing, and uniting its members from all sectors, as well as other stakeholders concerned by the growing challenges of homelessness. It invites us all to participate in the development and implementation of solutions in a spirit of collaboration and concerted action.
