MONTRÉAL, April 10, 2026 /CNW/ - Aéro Montréal invites members of the media to attend the 10th edition of the International Aerospace Innovation Forum, held under the theme "Beyond Technology: From Idea to Adoption."

Media representatives are invited to check in at the Forum registration desk on the 2nd floor (Room 210) to obtain accreditation and complimentary access, and to confirm their attendance in advance by contacting [email protected]. Several announcements of support for the aerospace industry, particularly in the areas of defence and security, will be made during the Forum.
As the largest aerospace event in Canada, the Forum will feature a prestigious lineup of several dozen renowned speakers from the aerospace industry and senior executives, including Guillaume Chevasson, President and Chief Executive Officer of Airbus Canada; Matthew Bromberg, President and Chief Executive Officer of CAE; Vince Sidwell, Director of Advanced Concepts and Technologies at Pratt & Whitney Canada; David Murray, Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, IT and Bombardier Operational Excellence System; Nicole Sturm, Global Director of Aerospace and Defense at Siemens; Mitch Davies, President of the National Research Council of Canada; Bachar Elzein, CEO and Chief Technology Officer of Reaction Dynamics; Jane Hupé, Deputy Director of Environment at the International Civil Aviation Organization; and Björn Nagel, Founding Director of the German Aerospace Center.
Several representatives from the political sphere will also address the Forum, including Mélanie Joly, Minister of Industry and Economic Development for the regions of Quebec; Christopher Skeete, Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie; Jean Boulet, Minister of the Economy, Innovation and Energy, and Minister of Labour; Soraya Martinez Ferrada, Mayor of Montréal; and Tjorven Bellmann, Ambassador of Germany to Canada.
