MEDIA ADVISORY - What's new at Air Canada Centre media food tasting and scoreboard update

WHAT:	In anticipation of the upcoming NHL and NBA seasons, MLSE invites media to Air Canada Centre to see what fans can expect in a "What's New at Air Canada Centre" event Thursday afternoon.
	Each season the MLSE's culinary team works hard to bring sports and entertainment fans new items and programs. In an exclusive event, media are invited to sample new to Air Canada Centre's quick service menu.
	New Air Canada Centre concession items:
	Cheeseburger fries	Sushi Burrito
	Sumo dog	PB and J panzerotti
	Mushroom bacon dog	Sweet Wally's dessert taco
	Guacamole and spinach grilled cheese	Smores popcorn
	Buffalo chicken grilled cheese	Oreo popcorn
	Tex Mex mac and cheese	Turtle popcorn
	In addition, the scoreboard and in-arena broadcast experience at Air Canada Centre underwent a major $10 million upgrade this past summer. Following the food tasting, media are invited for a look with Jim Steele, MLSE's Director, Live Production & Venue Technology on hand to field questions and provide an overview of the project as it nears completion.
