MONCTON, NB, Nov. 7, 2017 /CNW/ - For the third consecutive year Medavie Blue Cross is recognized as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2018. Mediacorp, the country's largest publisher of employment periodicals, cited Medavie Blue Cross for providing strong employee recognition programs, an inclusive health benefits plan and its active investment within the community. The panel also commended Medavie Blue Cross for keeping employees connected to the business through informational video blogs, open conversations with senior leaders and strong employee engagement activities.

The editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers evaluate based on eight criteria: physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement. In its study, Mediacorp included information from research it had conducted and from an application submitted by Medavie Blue Cross.
