LIFEIST WELLNESS INC. ANNOUNCES ADOPTION OF SEMI-ANNUAL REPORTING

VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 14, 2026 /CNW/ -- Lifeist Wellness Inc. ("Lifeist" or the "Company") (TSXV: LFST) (OTCQB: LFSWF) (FRANKFURT: M5B0) announces its adoption of semi-annual financial reporting. This news release is being filed pursuant to Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933 Exemptions to Permit Semi-Annual Reporting for Certain Venture Issuers ("CBO 51-933").

Lifeist's fiscal year ends November 30. Under CBO 51-933, the Company will be exempt from filing interim financial statements and management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for the first and third quarters of each financial year for so long as it continues to meet the CBO 51-933 eligibility criteria.

Accordingly, the Company will not file interim financial statements and MD&A for the three and nine months ended August 31, 2026, or for any subsequent quarters ended February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year) and August 31. The Company will continue to file interim financial statements and MD&A for the six months ended May 31, and audited annual financial statements and MD&A for the year ended November 30, of each financial year.
