LASIK MD Permanently Ends Its Relationship with Dr. Mounir Bashour

MONTREAL, Oct. 10, 2026 /CNW/ -- We learned of the serious allegations concerning Dr. Mounir Bashour, revealed by the investigative program Enquête, at the same time as the public.

We were deeply shaken by these revelations.

LASIK MD is permanently ending its relationship with Dr. Mounir Bashour. He is no longer practicing in our clinics. His practice was immediately suspended on Thursday evening, and all surgeries were reassigned to other physicians effective the following morning.

Our priority remains with our patients and employees.
