Île d'Entrée-Cap-aux-Meules ferry service - Helicopter service available until June 9 due to work on the MV Ivan-Quinn

QUEBEC CITY, June 3, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The Société des traversiers du Québec would like to inform its clients that annual maintenance and dry dock work on the MV Ivan-Quinn is planned until June 9, two days later than mentioned in the May 8 press release. Until then, helicopter service is available with flights between l'île du Havre-aux-Maisons (Cap-aux-Meules) and l'île d'Entrée airports.

Scheduled flights are offered by Passport Helico:

From Havre-aux-Maisons	To l'île d'Entrée
7 : 30 a.m.	7 : 45 a.m.
8 : 00 a.m.	8 : 15 a.m.
8 : 30 a.m.	8 : 45 a.m.
3 : 00 p.m.	3 : 15 p.m.
3 : 30 p.m.	3 : 45 p.m.
4 : 00 p.m.	4 : 15 p.m.

Fares are the same as for the MV Ivan-Quinn and payable to the helicopter pilot in cash or by credit card.

Passengers are required to reserve their place directly with CTMA at 418 986-3278 or at 1 888 986-3278.

The ferry service with the Ivan-Quinn shall resume on June 10, based on its regular schedule.
