Transaction enhances Forthlane's OCIO capabilities and adds June Ntazinda as Vice-Chair
TORONTO, Sept. 16, 2026 /CNW/ -- Forthlane Partners Ltd. ("Forthlane"), an independent outsourced chief investment office serving families, individuals and foundations, today announced that it has acquired June Inc., an OCIO advisory firm led by Principal June Ntazinda.
The acquisition brings together two firms with a shared commitment to providing sophisticated, independent investment advice and highly personalized service. Following the transaction, Forthlane will advise on $2 billion.
June Ntazinda will remain closely involved with the combined firm in a meaningful ongoing role and will become Vice-Chair of Forthlane. In this capacity, Ntazinda will continue to advise clients while contributing to the firm's strategic direction and continued growth.

Forthlane and June Inc. acknowledge TD Securities Inc. and Origin Merchant Partners for their strategic and financial advice in connection with the transaction, as well as Nick Gray of Wildeboer Dellelce LLP and Howard Cooper of CCSB Law for their legal counsel. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
