MONTREAL, Nov. 4th, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - ETI-NET, the leading provider of backup and archive systems for payment platform operators, has completed the acquisition of Insider Technologies Ltd, a UK based specialist in high-volume critical transaction data monitoring, payment application and alerting software for banks, payment providers, retail, defense, and government.

The acquisition extends ETI-NET's capability to deliver advanced archive solutions and leading monitoring interfaces to organizations worldwide. ETI-NET's software has been trusted by the largest corporations worldwide for nearly 30 years, including the largest banks in the United States, Canada and Europe. With its acquisition of Insider Technologies, ETI-NET is positioning itself for significant market expansion.

Joint engineering between the companies is already underway to adapt Insider's SENTRA and REFLEX technologies with ETI-NET's open systems archive architecture and to enable high-velocity monitoring of payment transaction execution, fraud identification, social media sentiment and compliance research, as well as maintaining oversight of high-value message traffic delivery. Insider's intellectual property adds depth of function to ETI-NET's archive product portfolio and provides cost effective access to massive amounts of historic data as demanded by expanding regulatory imperatives.
