<p>BOLIVAR, Mo., <span class="xn-chron">May 20</span> /CNW/ -- More than 140 insurance and insurance technology professionals attended the 2010 Duck Creek(TM) Insurance Forum, which was held May 3-6 at Wild Dunes, near <span class="xn-location">Charleston, SC</span>. The conference is an expansion of Duck Creek's historically successful User Flocking, with a Business track added featuring customer and industry experts. The themes of the conference were innovation, customer retention and profitability.</p>

<p>Among the customers speaking at the conference were <span class="xn-person">Bob Buchanan</span> of Auto-Owners Insurance Company and <span class="xn-person">Steve Knoch</span> from RSA <span class="xn-location">Canada</span>. External speakers included <span class="xn-person">Deb Smallwood</span> and <span class="xn-person">Karen Furtado</span> of SMA® - Strategy Meets Action, <span class="xn-person">David Bradford</span> from Advisen, Ltd., and <span class="xn-person">Nancy Watkins</span> of Milliman®. Each of these speakers focused their presentations on what insurers are doing to seize the opportunities as the market recovers and many position for profitable growth.</p>
