Dialogue's Health Panel changes that by going beyond standard blood tests to deliver a clinical interpretation of a member's current and future health, combining lab data, personal risk factors and daily habits, informed by the latest validated predictive risk calculators. The result is a clear, personalized read on where a member's health stands today, where it's trending, and any actions that can change that trajectory. Focused on heart, kidney, liver and metabolic health, Dialogue's Health Panel complements the ongoing relationship with a family physician, connecting members back to primary care for continuity.

Launching first in Ontario and Quebec, with plans to quickly expand nationally, Dialogue's Health Panel assesses markers across the heart, kidney and metabolic system and the organs that influence it:

- Kidney and liver health
- Everyday habits and lifestyle
Members complete a brief intake through the app and receive a lab requisition within 48 hours. Blood and urine samples are collected at any of Dialogue's partner locations, with no appointment needed and in under 20 minutes. A Dialogue clinician reviews every result, then meets with the member to explain what the results mean and shares a personalized action plan. If a concern is identified, the clinician connects members to the appropriate healthcare programs, services, or their family physician.

The program is available exclusively to Dialogue members at $499, a fraction of the cost of comparable executive health assessments. It is structured to be eligible for reimbursement through employee Health Spending Accounts (HSAs) and Health Care Spending Accounts (HCSAs).
