CF Lime Ridge Hosts Inaugural Cadillac Fairview Winter Walk Event with new Hamilton Mountain Councillors on Sunday February 17

HAMILTON, ON, Feb. 6, 2019 /CNW/ - CF Lime Ridge, in collaboration with the City of Hamilton, is proud to host the first-ever Cadillac Fairview Winter Walk on Sunday, February 17th to raise funds for Empowerment Squared, a local youth charity based in Hamilton.
"We are honoured to partner with the City of Hamilton to welcome guests to CF Lime Ridge to our first Cadillac Fairview Winter Walk," said Liem Vu, General Manager, CF Lime Ridge. "This Family Day weekend event gives us a wonderful opportunity to bring people together and support a local charity that shares our commitment of empowering youth. We hope to see many new and familiar faces at our inaugural event!"
Guests are invited to participate in the event and lace up with Councillor Esther Pauls and Councillor John Paul Danko, and learn about City services from representatives from various City departments.
"We are proud to take this opportunity to engage with mountain residents, while giving back to the community. CF Lime Ridge is the jewel of Hamilton mountain and we can't think of a better location to host this community event. We encourage residents of wards 7 and 8 to participate on this day by walking for the cause, and bringing their questions and conversation topics for us both," said Councillor Esther Pauls, Ward 7, and Councillor John Paul Danko, Ward 8.
For a $5 registration fee, individuals of all ages can participate in a fun indoor winter walk at CF Lime Ridge while enjoying lively music and light refreshments, with all proceeds benefiting Empowerment Squared.
