CF Chinook Centre Celebrates Second Annual Tree Lighting on November 16
Calgarians invited to help power the tree as part of nationwide series of tree lighting ceremonies
CALGARY, Nov. 7, 2018 /CNW/ - CF Chinook Centre is set to light its Christmas tree on Friday, November 16, marking its second annual Tree Lighting event. Building on tradition and the success of last season's inaugural event, CF Chinook Centre is welcoming community members and holiday enthusiasts alike to join in the holiday spirit with a new interactive and highly visual experience powered by LED technology to help illuminate the tree.
This year's celebration will feature a new interactive LED light show experience led by a local celebrity host and talented DJ who will lead the countdown and light the 38-feet-tall Christmas tree. The shopping centre will once again be filled with jubilation as the magical sights and sounds of the season radiate throughout the shopping centre.
Calgarians are invited to participate in this marquee holiday event, one of five tree lighting celebrations taking place across Canada at Cadillac Fairview shopping centres.
As the official Home of Team Canada, Cadillac Fairview is thrilled to welcome national athletes as part of its holiday programming at select CF shopping centres, including CF Chinook Centre.
