Artrari One Capital Corp. and Torino Metals (Canada) Corp. Provide Update on Proposed Business Combination and Qualifying Transaction

CALGARY, AB , Jan. 28, 2026 /CNW/ - Following its announcement by press release dated November 3, 2025 of its letter of intent dated November 2, 2025 (the "LOI") with Torino Metals (Canada) Corp. ("Torino"), Artrari One Capital Corp. (TSXV: AOCC.P) ("Artrari") announces that the proposed business combination with Torino detailed in the LOI ("Transaction") is terminated by mutual consent of both parties effective January 27, 2026.

Next Steps for Artrari

Following the termination of the LOI, Artrari expects to resume trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. The management team of Artrari will begin aggressively considering other candidates for a future qualifying transaction ("QT"). Artrari Management remains committed to delivering shareholder value through the successful completion of a QT.
