Two Hands Corporation Announces Conversion of Outstanding Debt
TORONTO, May 13, 2025 /CNW/ - Two Hands Corporation ("Two Hands" or the "Company") (CSE: TWOH.X) (OTC: TWOH) announces that effective May 2, 2025, it has converted an aggregate of US$850,972.01 of principal and accrued and unpaid interest into 170,194,403 shares of common stock of the Company ("Common Shares") at a deemed price of US$0.005 per Common Share, pursuant to the terms of a grid promissory note and credit facility agreement dated April 14, 2022, as amended on December 30, 2024 (the "Convertible Note"). The Convertible Note is described in the Company's listing statement dated August 3, 2022, which is available on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.
The issuance of the Common Shares is subject to the acceptance of the CSE.
