BURLINGTON, ON, Oct. 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Tortoise Restaurant Group Inc.'s Turtle Jack's® Muskoka Grill is giving guests an elevated experience with a refreshed menu boasting bold new flavours. The company has launched their network wide menu with a modern take on cottage inspired classics.
"Adding new items to our menu gives us the opportunity to reinvent comfort foods that are often enjoyed at the cottage. We've taken our fresh, local ingredients and created new cottage favourites like our Hunter's Chicken," says Michael Vogt, Executive Chef.
The refreshed menu offers 16 new items including appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and main dishes, like the Gyoza Shrimp Dumplings, Garden Burger and Pesto & Goat Cheese Chicken. The new menu is paired with their fall-inspired seasonal cocktail menu that incorporates fresh, seasonal flavours and fruit.
At Turtle Jack's, they source great tasting ingredients that are farmed with care. Partners like True North Seafood Company®, Greenfield Natural Meat Co.® and Verified Canadian Pork™ contribute to the premium dishes with the highest standards their guests have come to love and expect at their restaurants. The chefs use chicken that is fresh, never frozen and locally sourced, farm to table Canadian pork raised without antibiotics, and ocean to plate Atlantic salmon cut fresh daily in their kitchens. With the launch of their new menu also comes the introduction of a Gluten-Free menu, which is solely dedicated to items that are either Gluten-Free, or can be made Gluten-Free with modifications. Turtle Jack's has the ability to adapt to changing consumer dietary needs and health trends and are looking to introduce more vegetarian and vegan friendly options in the New Year.
