Toronto Hydro power outage update #2: Victoria Park and Sheppard Avenue Area
TORONTO, May 25, 2012 /CNW/ - Toronto Hydro-Electric System Limited ("Toronto Hydro") is reporting a power outage in the Victoria Park and Sheppard area. Power has been restored to approximately 227 homes and commercial buildings, however, approximately 173 still remain without power. Crews are working to repair an underground power cable fault that occurred at approximately 4:00 a.m. today. The expected time of restoration has been delayed from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
