TORONTO, Sept. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Toronto Hydro apprentice Matt Antonacci peers out of an underground cable chamber to take in the view overlooking the PanAm Village. Toronto Hydro has been building and improving infrastructure to provide power to the village. Due to the location, the water table is high and crews must pump water out of the chambers on a regular basis.
