TORONTO, March 2, 2012 /CNW/ - A Toronto Hydro crew pump water out of an overflowing cable chamber on Spadina Avenue, north of Dupont Street. The eight foot deep chamber needs to be pumped every few days. Toronto Hydro is planning to apply for additional funding to address its aging infrastructure.
