TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2012 /CNW/ - A crew manoeuvres new equipment into an above-ground vault housing multiple power cables. This 'stand-alone protector' will automatically transfer power between powerlines in the event that one fails helping 53 Division avoid power interruptions. It's replacing equipment installed in the mid 80's and crews are finding it difficult to source parts.
