1. Tamarack Valley Energy and Headwater Exploration Announce $10 Billion Strategic Combination to Create a Premier North American Oil Producer and a New Growth-Oriented Exploration Company 
   Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. (TSX: TVE) ("Tamarack") and Headwater Exploration Inc. (TSX: HWX) ("Headwater") are pleased to announce they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement whereby the two companies will merge in an all-stock transaction valued at $10 billion (the "Transaction"), creating a premier North American oil company that combines top-tier profitability with an unmatched position as the only publicly-traded pure-play Clearwater producer.
2. Energy Disruptors: UNITE announces Artemis II astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen and Dr. Catherine Hansen for 2026 summit 
   Energy Disruptors: UNITE has announced Artemis II astronaut Colonel Jeremy Hansen and Dr. Catherine Hansen, a leading women's health and wellness expert, as featured speakers for its 2026 summit, taking place September 28–29 in Calgary. The couple will appear together on stage at Energy Disruptors: UNITE, bringing a deeply personal perspective on ambition, resilience, partnership, and what it takes to pursue extraordinary goals while navigating the demands of career, family, and change.
3. Enbridge to Acquire Tallgrass' Crude Transportation Business, Expanding Its Leading North American Crude Oil Franchise 
   Enbridge believes that U.S. crude oil production will continue to play a critical role in meeting global energy demand for decades and this transaction further positions the Company to lead this mission. Specifically, this acquisition provides Enbridge with a strategic connection between the Bakken, Powder River Basin (PRB) and Denver-Julesburg (DJ) basins through Cushing and complements Enbridge's existing Express-Platte system. The Company expects the acquired business to generate significant free cash flows, provide future growth and create opportunities for operational synergies over time across its broader liquids pipeline network.
4. RBC to mobilize $1.4 billion to back Canada's next global technology champions and advance nation-building efforts

5. A Massive T&T Supermarket Is Coming to CF Markville 
   Situated on the lower level in the former Hudson's Bay space, it will become the largest Asian grocery store in Markham. The new T&T at CF Markville will mark the relocation and expansion of T&T's current Unionville store, with the transition planned for 2028. This move will allow T&T to grow from its current 50,000 sq. ft. at Unionville to a 68,000 sq. ft. space at CF Markville. Customers can look forward to all of T&T's signature offerings, including fresh fruits and vegetables, popular prepared foods, an in-store bakery, and an Asian beauty section.
6. OECD REPORT RANKS CANADIAN STUDENTS AMONG TOP PERFORMERS GLOBALLY IN SCIENCE 
   The primary domain assessed in PISA 2025 was science, with reading and mathematics as minor domains. Computational problem-solving was also assessed as part of the innovative domain (learning in the digital world). The assessment encompassed 83 countries and 8 economies, engaging 5,000 to 10,000 students from at least 150 schools in each one. In Canada, an impressive number of approximately 24,600 students from close to 900 schools across the provinces participated. Canada's participation included all 10 provinces.
7. IG Wealth Management and Goldman Sachs Asset Management to Deliver Institutional Investment Expertise to Canadian Investors 
   Goldman Sachs Asset Management's Multi-Asset Solutions team will assume portfolio management responsibilities for the IG Strategic Wealth Portfolios (the "Portfolios"), comprised of five portfolios from the suite formerly known as the IG Core Portfolios. Goldman Sachs Asset Management will deliver a holistic management approach to the portfolios, with an emphasis on risk discipline and dynamism across different market environments, bringing to the Canadian wealth market capabilities that have historically only been available to institutional clients.
8. Enbridge Announces CDN$2.6 Billion Bought-Deal Offering of Common Shares 
   The Offering is expected to close on or about September 14, 2026. Pursuant to the agreement, the Underwriters have an option to purchase up to 15% in additional Common Shares by providing notice to Enbridge at any time until the date that is 30 days after the closing of the Offering, to cover over-allotments, if any. If the over-allotment option is exercised in full, the aggregate gross proceeds from the Offering will be approximately CDN$3.0 billion.
9. Chervon Appoints Joseph Galli Jr. as Chief Executive Officer to Lead Next Stage of Global Growth 
   Mr. Galli succeeds Chervon founder Mr. Longquan Pan ("Peter"), who will transition out of his role as Chief Executive Officer while continuing to serve as Executive Director and Chairman of the Board. "I am grateful for the opportunity to work closely with Peter and to lead Chervon as CEO. Chervon has built a strong foundation in advanced cordless technology, product development, brands, and in world-class manufacturing," says Mr. Galli. 10. BRP Becomes a Proud Official Partner of the Montreal Canadiens
    In addition to benefiting from visibility throughout the hockey season as a proud partner of the team, BRP will permanently display Can-Am and Ski-Doo vehicles at the Bell Centre and will be actively involved with the community and the Canadiens Children's Foundation, notably by participating in the 2026 edition of the Montreal Canadiens' annual golf tournament.
