Following the successful rollout of Wolf's NGL North Phase Two expansion announced in July 2024, this expansion (Phase Three) will increase production of natural gas liquids (NGL) for use in domestic and international markets. NGL North is Wolf's integrated system that recovers, separates and transports NGL, including ethane, propane, butane and condensate, from natural gas in Alberta. This expansion will add approximately 0.6 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas processing to the NGL North System. It will also include a natural gas-fired cogeneration facility, expanded de-ethanization capacity and an expanded unit-train rail terminal at Wolf Feedstock Separation (WFS). - Forthlane Partners Ltd. Targa Exploration Corp. (CSE: TEX) (FRA: V6Y) (OTCQB: TRGEF) ("Targa" or the "Company") today announced that, further to the Company's news releases dated August 13, 2026, August 25, 2026, September 8, 2026, and September 9, 2026, it closed the fourth and final tranche of its previously announced private placement (the "Offering") for an additional 190,750 hard-dollar units of the Company (each an "HD Unit") at a price of C$0.16 per HD Unit and 800,378 flow-through units of the Company (each a "FT Unit") at a price of C$0.185 per FT Unit for gross proceeds of approximately C$178,590. A total of 10,554,783 FT Units, 2,788,750 HD Units and 3,605,000 premium flow-through units were issued by the Company under the Offering for aggregate gross proceeds of C$3,191,935. - CANTEX CLOSED SECOND TRANCHE OF PRIVATE PLACEMENT
The Company announces that, further to its news releases of July 12, August 12, and September 8, announcing a private placement (the Offering"), the close of the first tranche and an increase to the financing, the Company closed the second tranche of the Offering ("the Second Tranche") and has received proceeds of $1,006,000 by the issuance of 2,400,000 charity flow through units ("CFT units"), 110,000 flow through shares ("FT shares") and 412,000 hard units ("Units"). The CFT units were issued at $0.3625 per unit, with each CFT unit comprised of one flow through share and one-half of a non-flow through warrant. The project aligns with the Government of Saskatchewan's Data Centre Framework and reflects Bell's commitments to Canadian control, data sovereignty, local jobs and investment, environmental stewardship and non-grid power. Together, these principles have created the conditions required for investment and development at this scale. The additional capacity would come from partner-developed power generation from natural gas. Consistent with all Bell AI Fabric projects, the proposed facilities will use closed-loop cooling technology that requires no municipal water. Development would proceed in phases as customer commitments are secured and subject to commercial agreements, permits, approvals, and any relevant environmental assessments. - Blue Moon, The Elmet Group, and EQ Resources Announce a US$150-$175 Million Investment into the Springer Tungsten Complex, Nevada, to Strengthen the U.S. Tungsten Supply Chain
Springer historically was one of the largest tungsten mines in the United States, and consisting of open pit and underground mines, a 1,200 Tpd mill and an Ammonium Paratungstate ("APT") plant capable of potentially producing up to 4,000 Tpa (collectively, the "Springer Project"). The facility is permitted for construction and received approval of its bonding requirements from the State of Nevada to start construction and redevelopment of the mine on August 20, 2026. Blue Moon has previously indicated the Springer mine and mill are expected to be back in production in Q4-2027, and the APT plant is expected to be restarted 2H-2028, which will be potentially the first material tungsten concentrate production in North America and a significant new source of APT for the U.S. market. - Radical Ventures announces the largest venture capital fund in Canadian history
The multi-billion dollar Radical Breakouts Fund will invest in AI scale-ups on a path to becoming the next trillion-dollar businesses. It is designed for a market in which the most valuable companies stay private far longer than they once did, raising successive large private rounds and reaching the public markets already worth $100 billion or more. The investment, totaling approximately US$35.6 million across transactions with Trilogy Metals and South32 Limited (ASX, LSE, JSE: S32; ADR: SOUHY) ("South32"), is being deployed in full to advance exploration and development of the Upper Kobuk Mineral Projects ("UKMP") in northwestern Alaska. The UKMP asset portfolio, which encompasses approximately 190,929 hectares and hosts both the high-grade Arctic polymetallic deposit (the "Arctic Project" or "Arctic") and the Bornite carbonate replacement (copper-cobalt) deposit (the "Bornite Project" or "Bornite"), is being advanced by Ambler Metals LLC ("Ambler Metals").
