Last year, the agency took home 12 of the coveted awards and, just last month a Gold Lion at the CHBA Awards.
The BILD Awards are presented by the Building Industry and Land Development Association, recognizing excellence and innovation in design, construction, sales, and marketing of new homes in the Greater Toronto Area.

The People's Choice Award recognizes the best new home development project of the year in the GTA. The winner is chosen by the public through an online voting process.

The BILD Awards were presented in Woodbridge, Ontario on April 28, 2017. The judging process involved a panel of 17 expert judges narrowing down more than 900 submissions to determine the winners in 51 categories.
