TORONTO, Oct. 20, 2026 /CNW/ -- Stealth Health, a leading North American telemedicine platform focused on longevity, precision wellness and personalized healthcare, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Kramer, a Canadian company with a nationwide network designed to simplify access to compounded medications.

The acquisition represents a significant milestone in Stealth Health's strategy to build a fully integrated healthcare ecosystem, bringing together virtual medical consultations, personalized prescribing, specialized pharmaceutical compounding and direct-to-patient medication delivery.

Canadian prescribed compounded medications can face challenges finding a pharmacy equipped to prepare and dispense them. Kramer addresses this gap by connecting retail pharmacies with specialized compounding partners while preserving their patient relationships. Integrating this network with Stealth Health's platform will create a more direct path from consultation to medication delivery, reducing the burden on patients to navigate the system themselves.
