TORONTO, Jan. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - South Beach Condos and Lofts in Toronto, the acclaimed residential development by Amexon Development Corporation, was honored with two major awards at the recent International Property Awards - Americas Region awards gala held in London, England this past December.
The Development was awarded "Best High-Rise Architecture" and "Best Mixed-Use Architecture" for Canada.
South Beach Condos and Lofts is a mixed use project that embodies the architecture, colours and vibe of South Beach in Miami. The International Property Awards based in England are judged by a panel of over 80 experts who cover every aspect of Residential and Commercial Real Estate. The competition invites leading developers, architects, designers and other real estate professionals from around the world.
