David has over a decade of experience in the retail automotive industry in both the sales and F&I arenas, and brings a training and development expertise to Safe-Guard Canada that will add momentum to retail training initiatives.

Most recently David served as the National Training Manager for LGM Financial Services, Inc., where he developed dealership training programs focused on optimizing the business office and improving customer experience. Prior to that role, David spent six years in the field as a leading Dealer Development Manager.
