Recipe Unlimited Accelerates Global Growth with Agreement to Acquire Greece-Based QSR Market Leader Evergood

VAUGHAN, ON, Oct. 15, 2026 /CNW/ -- Recipe Unlimited Corporation ("Recipe"), Canada's largest full-service restaurant company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Evergood, the food services business of Greece-based Vivartia Holding S.M.S.A. ("Vivartia").

The strategic transaction marks a major milestone in Recipe's global reach, extending its footprint into rapidly developing European markets by combining Recipe's century of operational excellence with Evergood's established, market-leading position across Greece and regional markets. 

Evergood manages a portfolio of over 575 restaurants across five core brands, including Goody's Burger House, Everest Cafe, Flocafe Espresso Room, La Pasteria and Jackaroo. Its operations span across a franchise-led street / mall network and the large Greek travel sector including major airport terminals, motorways and passenger maritime routes.
